Tenshyuk Offering to Simdha Getul Rinpoche

Announcement to all dharma devotees !

On 7th August 2022, Lama Dorzin Lungrig Nyima will be offering Tenshyuk offering to Simdha Getul Rinpoche, who has been Rinpoche's tutor during his childhood times and also the disciple of his previous incarnation. Lama Lungrig Nyingma himself is originally from Rinpoche's previous life monastery in Tibet and came to Nepal take care the reincarnated Tulku in 1997 from Tibet. 

Since from the year 2009, Rinpoche have traveled numbers of country and have met with a lot of different people and benefited numbers of disciples and as Rinpoche always mentions that his sole motive is to plant the seed of Dharma. Subsequently, over the years,he has open Dharma centres and organisations to flourish the dharma among all of us.

For this who wish to understand more clearly what this Tenshyuk means literally 'stable remaining' is a long life practice which involves making offerings to a teacher and requesting him to remain long in this world for the benefit of beings.

It can be quite a simple practice during which we offer representations of enlightened body, speech and mind (possibly with the addition of qualities and activity), for the sake of tendrel, and request the teacher to remain by reciting prayers for his long life. When done elaborately, it can include a practice called khandröi sundok, or ‘turning back the summons of the dakinis’, during which offerings are made to the dakinis of the five families in order to dispel obstacles to the life of the master.
